In a constantly evolving world, Amar's passion for technology, creativity and entrepeneurship inspired him to create Poplify. Amar has over nine years experience working in the technology and media business advisory team at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC), the strategy team at AOL and the mergers and acquisitions team at Grant Thornton focussed on private equity backed, internet and technology investments. Amar is a Mathematics and Computer Science graduate from University College London and a qualified Chartered Accountant from PWC in London.
Straight talking, when not eating, kind of guy. As Commercial Director Abhishek always puts himself inside the client's shoes to understand their problems and identify opportunities for growth. Abhishek previously co-founded Intuzion Technologies and worked as a technology consultant at Infosys focussed on communications, media and technology clients. Abhishek is a Computer science graduate from Panjab University, India. When he’s not all serious, he loves to dig into books, go for a run and play guitar!
Amitej Singh Kalra
Amitej is the Head of Operations at Poplify. A real charmer with an ever- ready smile that helps him to inspire the team to constantly think out of the box, stretch their limits and deliver exceptional client service. Amitej previously co-founded Intuzion Technologies and worked as a technology consultant at Infosys focussed on networking and customer service. Amitej is a Computer Science graduate from Panjab University, India. After a hard day at work, he likes to relax with a mix of music, books and social networking!
Ankit is both a hardworker & smartworker since his engineering days at Panjab University. Up to speed on the tech and innovations front, he handsomely manages the entire technology backbone, development and training at Poplify. Life begins early and goes on till late, with small breaks dedicated to Mr.Bean, Sheldon Cooper and Tom & Jerry. A true technology geek, he stays away from the limelight unless talking technolgy. Kurran has worked in the Digital sector for his entire career working in roles as a Business Analyst and later an Account Director at a leading Digital Agency. Here, Kurran was responsible for driving the digital strategy, requirements gathering and process definition for a variety of clients ranging from innovative start-ups to larger established companies like Sky and BP. In addition to this Kurran has worked at SaaS company Thomsons Online Benefits where he headed up their Global Partnership Enablement program and earlier working as a Consultant responsible for the delivery of projects. Kurran has a degree in Mathematics and a Masters in Strategic Entrepreneurship.
Amrisha graduated from Nottingham university having studied languages. Amrisha’s passion for different cultures led her to develop and present a world radio show (iamrisha.com), study and work in central and Latin America and carry out charity work in India. Amrisha has worked in advertising at WCRS and McCann Eriksson in London and at the creative agency Wieden and Kennedy in Delhi in their brand creation and strategy team. Clients include P&G, Bacardi, Nescafé and Oberoi Hotels & Resorts.
